Ryan Williams is an international business executive, strategist and entrepreneur with two decades of experience in business growth, scaling companies, and managing change across a broad spectrum of start-ups, small and medium companies, and large corporate enterprises. His diverse experience covers strategy, marketing and sales, starting, growing and exiting companies, private equity, and negotiating with international companies.
Ryan was CEO of Nota Bene, an award-winning strategy and marketing consultancy, later sold to global company WPP. He was listed as one of South Africa’s Top 40 under 40 media personalities and recognised as the media industry’s Innovator of the Year in 2011. In 2012, he turned around the business-to-business sales arm of Ster-Kinekor Theatres, achieving a significant increase in profitability.
In 2015, he became CEO of Primedia Unlimited where he helped companies in their startup incubator achieve growth as well as increasing revenues by more than 10% at a Group level before returning to Ster-Kinekor Theatres as CEO, where he and his team delivered a 150% growth in profit.
