Michael Tamasi

Michael Tamasi has over 30 years of executive leadership experience and is an accomplished and knowledgeable executive both nationally and internationally, more recently as Managing Director & Director for Harley-Davidson/New Castalloy. He has spent time as a global executive living at and working at the Harley-Davidson facilities in the United Sates and travelling internationally working with several global manufacturing businesses.
Over his journey, Michael worked his way up from the shop floor to SME senior leadership roles to executive roles. Michael is Honorary Vice-President of the Industry Leaders Fund and is an Ai Group South Australian Branch Committee Member and previously held the position of Ai Group Branch Council Vice President. Michael’s background in manufacturing started in a Fitter & Turner Apprenticeship followed by a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He is also an accredited RocheMartin practitioner in Emotional Intelligence.
In Michael’s current role he works with organisations conducting and facilitating company strategic planning sessions, business advisory functions, Executive/Senior Leadership Team development programs, and one-on-one executive coaching and mentoring. He works with a wide range of businesses, including SMEs, Group Training Organisation (GTO) businesses and large manufacturing companies.
Michael is passionate about sharing his extensive business knowledge and helping senior leaders and CEOs both as a business advisor and by supporting their personal growth and development.
