Alison Taylor, Growth Expert and former General Manager of PUMPNSEAL

Alison co-founded PUMPNSEAL Australia – a specialist supplier of process pumps, pumping systems and sealing solutions. After 16 years as CFO, Alison took on the role of General Manager and, under her leadership, PUMPNSEAL Australia doubled its revenues in just three years. She was also integral in the business winning numerous accolades. Alison & her co-owners ultimately sold the business in January 2020 to a UK listed company.

Gerry Cawson, Director, Kain Lawyers

Gerry Cawson is the leader of Kain Lawyers’ M&A (Private) and Equity Capital Markets (Private) practices. He has been advising on capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions and capital structuring for over 30 years in key financial markets including Sydney, Hong Kong and London. Gerry is regularly named ‘Lawyer of the Year’ in the fields of M&A, venture capital and private equity.

Mitchell Carmody, Relationship Manager, ANZ

Mitchell Carmody is a Relationship Manager for ANZ based in Shepparton, Victoria. Mitch works with both agribusiness and commercial businesses to help start up or grow their operation.
