Jay Munro, CEO, Munro Footwear Group

Jay Munro was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2017 when Munro Footwear Group was formally established. Today, it is Australasia’s largest privately owned footwear group where Jay shares the Co-Chief Executive Officer position and is Chairman of the Board.

Derek Charge, CEO, Hellyers Road Distillery

Derek Charge is the CEO of Hellyers Road Distillery, a Tasmanian distillery known for its single malt whisky. Before becoming CEO, he had a background in law, followed by studies in viticulture. He then transitioned into a career managing manufacturing businesses. Derek’s connection to the distillery dates to its early years, influenced by his wife’s Tasmanian roots and his own interest in the region’s potential for viticulture.
