2026 ANZ Business Growth Webinar Event Series

This webinar about leading for scale is brought to you by our partner ANZ.  It is part of a series of six hosted by Growth Expert Sarah Curtis-Fawley with panellists selected from alumni CEOs and growth experts. They are perfect for business owners looking to grow their company.

Register – Ideal Customers for Growth: Choosing Who You Grow With

Not all growth is good growth. Many businesses become stretched, unprofitable, or operationally fragile by chasing the wrong customers. This session helps business owners identify which customers genuinely support sustainable growth, and which quietly erode margin, capacity, or culture. Participants will learn:

  • How to define and recognise ideal customers
  • Why saying “yes” to everything limits growth
  • How customer mix affects margin, cash flow, and team stress
  • Practical ways to reshape your target customer base over time

Join our host Growth Expert Sarah Curtis-Fawley together with guest panellists Katie Lai, CEO of Golden Bakery and Paul Brock, Growth Expert at the Australian Centre for Business Growth.
