Your Investment

The program fee of $12,000 (excl GST) includes six (6) monthly one-day sessions, and six (6) one-hour phone calls with a Growth Expert. Each session is facilitated by one of the Centre’s Growth Experts, who reviews the prep work, teaches the session, leads the discussion, and does a coaching call with each CEO between each session. You will have access to the AUCBG Learning Management System and receive ‘Refresher’ content which will support you and your team on your growth journey.

An additional joint-director/co-founder can be brought along, at $6,000 per person.

What to Expect from the Growth Ramp

Our Growth Ramp program is designed for CEOs/MDs who employ between 5*- 11 people and who are committed to better understanding their customers, competitors and markets, hiring an executive team, and building an organisation to sustain continuous growth.  Two weeks before each Growth Ramp session, you will need to complete prep work to ensure the Growth Experts have time to become familiar with your company and can provide the most value. Prep work will range from introductory style videos to exercises relating directly to your own company, for example, competitor analysis, marketing, sales and organisational change.

Meet our Growth Experts

Our Growth Experts are carefully selected, current and former CEOs/MDs who have experienced the full life-cycle of growth in one or more companies of their own. They teach and facilitate our structured programs and are passionate about helping you, and other business owners, learn what you need to know to achieve your growth goals.

The Growth Ramps Application Process

  1. 1 Apply

    Choose your preferred set of dates and a location from our list of upcoming business Growth Ramp program cohorts and complete the online application form. Please indicate any alternative dates/locations that could work for you.

  2. 2 Acceptance

    One of our Program Officers will call to confirm that you and your company meet our acceptance criteria: (1) You are the business owner, CEO or Managing Director, or the primary decision maker in your company, and (2) your company has 5* – 11 full time equivalent (FTE) employees. If these criteria are met, our Program Officer will confirm the dates and location of your Growth Ramp program sessions and outline prep-work requirements which must be completed two weeks before you attend each session.

  3. 3 Prep-Work

    Our Program Team will outline the required prep-work that must be completed at least two weeks before attending the Growth Ramp session. If you do not complete the prep work on time, you cannot attend the session and will need negotiate attendance with another cohort. Prep work includes submitting the last two years of financial reports (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements), an organisation chart, and filling out the online ‘Company Information Form’ to provide information about the company, and the leaders’ and the company’s performance on a number of factors. This information enables our Growth Experts to understand the different issues facing each company, so he/she can deliver insights relevant to your particular situation.   4. 4 Completing the Growth Ramp

    The Growth Ramp consists of six, one day sessions for six months. Each session will commence at 9am and conclude at 5pm. You will be expected to be present for the full day, to switch off emails and mobile phones, and focus on assessing your company and yourself as its leader. You will be provided with all of the materials and resources you require for each session. If your session is face-to-face, you will receive a printed copy of the Action Planner, and lunch and tea will be provided. If your session is online, you will need to use the online version of the Action Planner we provide.

    After each session you will receive a request to evaluate the session. We ask you to respond and provide comments, so we can continuously improve the business Growth Ramp program and experience.

  5. 5 Support

    After attending the Growth Ramp, you will receive our fortnightly “Dr Jana Refresher” emails to help you stay on track, execute your plan, achieve your goals, and grow, as well as our AUCBG Monthly Newsletter with links to new articles and tools we are developing to help you grow.

    Once a year, you will be asked to provide yearly updates on revenue, profit, FTE jobs, and export revenue generated, plus answer a few questions about your leadership and growth strategies. The Longitudinal Survey takes about 10 minutes to respond to. It’s extremely important that you respond because the responses you and fellow CEOs provide will inform the policies and programs introduced at the state and federal level to support company growth.
